「科技濃湯（Techsoup-Taiwan）計畫」為開拓文教基金會與美國非營利組織TechSoup合作的平台，自6月份起開始受理台灣非營利組織軟體申請服務，目前已申請的團體包括婦女服務、身障服務、兒童服務、老人服務、社區工作、原住民服務、文教、藝術及青少年服務等領域的非營利組織，而最熱門的申請產品包括台灣微軟的Office 2003、office 2007、outlook、SQL Server、PowerPoint 2007、Windows XP、Windows Vista等產品。

即日起只要進入科技濃湯捐贈平台，選擇所需要軟硬體產品後，支付百分之四的行政處理費，即可取得合法軟體達到科技升級、提高服務效率，未來「科技濃湯（Techsoup-Taiwan）計畫」陸續會增加防毒、繪圖等軟體，歡迎有需要的非營利組織申請，也歡迎大家將此訊息轉給有需要的非營利組織參考。

台灣的線上協助脫貧方案~公益2.0

由104創業網發起，並與聯合勸募共同主辦的公益2.0計劃，嚐試藉由結合包括：SOHO協會、遠見雜誌、PIXNET痞客邦、社福團體及創業顧問團等多方力量以及大眾捐款資助，協助弱勢個案進行微型創業，進而脫離貧窮困境，達到經濟獨立自主。

藉由網路平台的即時性與互動性，整合多方資源，陪伴弱勢個案進行創業，強調透明化、互動性、陪伴力，希望創造一個新的公益永續模式。

NPO資訊運用座談會~A special NPO day

Today, about 50 participants from 40 different NPOs come to join our "NPO meeting ~ Sharing of use blog,virtual community,and other web2.0 tools".

ahsow shared different ways of telling stories. From the most traditional medias to the newest internet tools. More and more options are open to NPOs, and it's easier than before.

Schee shared his experience in the famous blog event his team creat from 2005 to now. The legend of blog's summer. Shared the planning and execution process,opportunities and challenges.

Thanks for these two passionate friends.This is the fifth year we call for this NPO meeting. Introduced the trends and what's new of the internet;also created opportunities for NPOs to meet with each other.

We would like to try to open more space for this kind of gathering and sharing.More often and include more NPOs. Any ideas and resources are welcomed.

這是我們在長老教會總會舉行的「NPO資訊運用座談會」，會中共有40個團體、49個夥伴出席座談會。本次講師為輔大生命力新聞陳順孝老師以及Schee（徐子涵），分享的主題分別為「非營利組織的科技運用」與「社群資源串聯的操作分享」、「夏日的Blog傳說」活動操作分享。

一如以往，講師們的分享讓與會的NPO夥伴收穫相當多，會後夥伴也希望有機會繼續辦理這樣的座談會，讓大家有機會繼續針對NPO的資訊運用做更多的了解與觀察。

We were invited to the 2008 Taiwan Bloggers BoF , set up a table to introduce TechSoup-Taiwan. Provide counsult services to NPOs came.

It's a wonderful event, many bloggers show up.

Lots of different ideas and experience shared there.

People are having fun in all kind of formal and informal conversations.

I like what Ashow said in his twitter afterward, he said he saw passions in almost every speaker's eyes. It's very different from other conference.

I love the open atmosphere during the whole process, love the way people reply to my invitation.

Yes, lets meet and talk more.

In planning my jouney to San Francisco ,I was exciting in two things.

• Go to the World osonos 2008,to meet all the old friends and propose for hosting the 17th conference in Taiwan.
• And visiting TechSoup there, to meet all those friends helping the operation of TechSoup-Taiwan.

Now, I am back in Taiwan. Still exciting about this trip.

Thanks for the well arrangemant the global team made for me,it's hard to express my gratitude to all those people there. I felt lots passion from you, and learned from all the experiences and ideas shared by you.

In there,I heard lots possibilities;saw lots things we want to do really happened.
I know it's results of lots hard work, full of challenges.

此番舊金山行，既要去爭取開放空間年會的主辦權，又打算去拜訪合作單位TechSoup，帶著滿滿的期待出發的。
回來已經好幾天了，工作之餘，都在跟時差奮戰。不過腦子裡充滿了在舊金山跟不同人的對話，好像有很多很多的想法在那轉，要用英文寫出來可不容易的。

很感謝TechSoup國際小組的熱忱接待，第一天幾乎所有的成員都出現了，好些個之前祇有mail或skype上見的人就坐在前面，有點陌生又有點熟悉的感覺，非常有意思。

他們知道我開完會後還有時間，也很想再多了解TechSoup一些，很快速地開始幫我敲定行程，幫我約相關的人，讓我在後續的兩天裡，見了好多人說了好多話，不論是主管者執行者；不論是內容小組、行銷人員、社群經營小組或者技術小組…每個人都那麼地友善，充滿熱忱，盡力地分享他們的想法、做法和可以協助我們的資源。

離開時，心是滿滿的，接多到好多人們對工作的熱情和能量，也聽到好多想法和經驗，有些是在台灣的我們有想過的、有做過的，也有不少是我們還沒開始嚐試的，這些我都會收在我的腦子裡、我的心裡，會發酵、會被消化和吸收。成為我未來工作的養分。

感謝有個認真在為讓所有工作伙伴一起進步的總部，感謝他們真心的分享和接待，
在這裡我看到了很多的可能性；看到很多我們之前想做的事在這裡已經發生了，
也聽到，這個過程是充滿了挑戰性的；
發展是一步一腳印踩出來的，是辛苦的…

我知道，我們會加油的。
